Delivering quality, authentic, diverse food is at the heart of Lansing Shuffle. Our restaurant partners have great food and a great story. We’re always looking for chef-driven concepts, ideally homegrown in the Lansing area.
We like to think of each partner as providing their own take on a classic food style. Does your restaurant should have a unique POV vs just offering a basic, expected menu? The more interesting the story of the food, the higher the quality, the more we have to talk about and drive guests to the space. Think elevated street food, or classic cuisine uniquely tailored to be approachable. Chains need not apply.
Business sense is also important. Please have a buttoned up business plan, sales projections, start up costs, etc ready to go - or have a proven model you can alter and bring to the space.
Lansing Shuffle will provide a white-box space for you to build out your storefront, as well as a shared commissary kitchen to prep your food - our team will handle all front of the house, marketing, janitorial, private events - leaving you to focus on your food. A shared expense model brings costs down for everyone and allows us to streamline our labor in the most effective way.
